Os garotos do One Direction não são adorados apenas pelos fãs: artistas como Ed Sheeran e Justin Bieber fazem questão de deixar o mundo sabendo que são amigos próximos do supergrupo britânico.
Em show recente, Ed Sheeran dedicou a música “Kiss Me” ao casal de namorados Liam Payne e Danielle Peazer, que assistiam ao show. Antes de começar, Ed fez a dedicatória, dizendo: “Esta é uma música sobre um casal de amigos que se apaixonou e vai bastante à Disney”, referindo-se a seus avós, e em seguida apontou para o casal de amigos na plateia, dizendo que “essa vai para vocês dois também!”
A amizade de Sheeran com o 1D já rendeu até uma parceria, que estará no próximo CD da boyband, “Take me Home“, e foi recentemente visto em estúdio com a banda.
Niall Horan, um dos meninos, comentou que “compor com Ed Sheeran foi uma grande honra”.
